42 Ocean 1 is an apartment on the second floor in a building on Pentire Headland in Newquay. The views are the main thing. You can see Fistral Beach from the living room and the balcony. It's got an allocated parking space, which is useful down there.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's a 4 Star place. It's clean and modern, not old-fashioned. Because it's a second-floor flat, you need to be okay with stairs.
The living area is open plan. We've left some things there for guests. There's a cool box, a picnic blanket, some DVDs and board games. There are blankets for the balcony if it gets breezy. We put in some basics like tea and coffee to get you started.
You're right on the headland. It's a five-minute walk down to Fistral Beach. The Coastal Path is right there if you want to walk. Newquay Golf Club is practically next door.
Newquay town centre is about a mile away for shops and more places to eat. If you want to try something else, the National Trust has a few sites nearby like Trerice. The Visit Cornwall site is good for ideas further afield.
It says up to two pets are allowed. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them.
