Fistral Cottage is in Goonhavern, just outside Perranporth itself. It's one of those solid, brick-built houses, part of a small group. The big thing is it's got its own indoor heated swimming pool, which is shared with just a few other properties.
It sleeps four. Two good double bedrooms, each with its own shower room. That's really handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
You're in Goonhavern village, so there's a shop and a couple of places to eat right there. Perranporth beach is about three miles away, maybe a seven-minute drive. It's a great long beach for walking and surfing. The coastal path runs along there.
Newquay is about a twenty-minute drive north. That's where you'll find Fistral Beach, surf shops, and that bigger town buzz. Truro, south about twenty-five minutes, is good for the cathedral and proper shopping.
Facilities are straightforward: WiFi, TV, washing machine. Parking right outside the cottage. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
A few places nearby you might look up: the National Trust has a lot of coast and gardens down here, and the Cornwall North Coast site is useful for the area.
