Fistral Waves is a ground floor flat in Newquay. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It sleeps up to four. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The main thing is the view. It looks straight out over Fistral Beach and the headland. There's a balcony to sit on. The beach itself is about a hundred yards away, down a path.
Inside, it's all on one level which is handy. The living area is open plan. The kitchen has what you need. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Smart TVs in the lounge and bedrooms, with Netflix. The WiFi is fibre, so it's decent.
Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. One is an en-suite, the other is just next to the second bedroom. It's all wheelchair accessible from the parking spot right outside.
You're basically on Fistral Beach. It's a surfing beach, so if that's your thing you're in the right spot. There are places to hire boards and get lessons right there. The coastal path runs past it too, for walking.
In terms of other things, there's a pub nearby. Rick Stein's fish and chip shop is on the beach front. Newquay town centre is a short drive or a bit of a walk. Golf is at Newquay Golf Club, which is right next to the coast path.
For a day out, you can drive to places like Padstow or Perranporth within half an hour. The National Trust Cornwall page is good for ideas. So is the Visit Cornwall site.
Facilities are all included. Bedding, towels, electricity. There's parking for one car on site. No pets, I'm afraid.
