28 Bredon Court is a first floor flat in Newquay. It's modern, built to make the most of the view. You can see right across Fistral Beach and the golf course from the living room and the balcony.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well kept. The balcony is a good size, you can fit a couple of chairs and a small table out there.
Location is the main thing. You're about a ten minute walk from the harbour and the town centre if you head in one direction. In the other direction, Fistral Beach is just down the hill. The golf course is literally next to the building.
The flat has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's parking on site. No pets allowed.
For things to do, Fistral is the obvious one for surfing. The National Trust beach at Holywell is about a ten minute drive. For a proper coastal walk, the South West Coast Path runs right through town. The Gannel Estuary is good for a quieter stroll.
If you fancy a day out, Padstow is roughly half an hour's drive. Truro is about the same.
