Lusty
Lusty is in Goonhavern, inland a bit, near Perranporth. It's a terraced cottage. You get the garden and patio area to yourselves, and there's parking right outside.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. The rating is 5 Star, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's open plan downstairs, which is good if you've got kids.
The place has a washing machine, WiFi, a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
There's a shared swimming pool on site, and a kids' play area. It's not far from the coast, about a ten minute drive to Perranporth. The beach there is huge, good for surfing. The South West Coast Path is right there too.
Within half an hour you can get to Newquay for shops and more beaches, or Truro for the cathedral and proper shops. The National Trust has a few places nearby like Trerice.
There's a golf course locally. For a day out, you could go to the Eden Project, that's about 25 minutes away.
