This is Apartment 4 in Zinc, in Newquay. It's on the north coast of Cornwall.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both a good size. One has a kingsize bed, the other has two singles. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. One has a bath with a shower over it, the other is just a shower cubicle.
The main living area is open plan. It's modern, bright, and there's a big corner sofa. The kitchen has what you need. Outside is a small, enclosed patio area with some seating.
You're about a ten minute walk from the town centre. Fistral Beach is also close, maybe fifteen minutes on foot. That's the main surfing beach. The town has the usual seaside stuff: an aquarium, a zoo, plenty of places to eat.
If you drive, Padstow is about half an hour away. The Eden Project is roughly the same. For a longer beach, Watergate Bay is a short drive up the coast.
Facilities are straightforward: WiFi, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. There's no pet allowance. It has a 4 Star rating.
For planning trips, the National Trust Cornwall site is useful, and so is the Visit Cornwall page for general information.
