This is Glimpse at 36 Bredon Court in Newquay. It's a ground-floor apartment in a quiet little development.
It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both have showers. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is modern and clean. Being on the ground floor is good if you don't want stairs.
You've got an open plan living area with a kitchen. There's a patio door that goes out to a shared garden. It's a lawn. For facilities, there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi and parking right outside.
You're about a ten minute walk from Fistral Beach. It's a straight road down. Because it's up on the headland, you get a view of the sea from the front. The coastal path is right there if you want to walk into town or along the cliffs.
There's a local pub nearby. For golf, the course is just up the road. In Newquay itself, there are plenty of places to eat, from cafes to restaurants. Rick Stein's place is on Fistral.
If you want to explore, the National Trust in Cornwall has lots of nearby coasts and houses. The Healey's Cyder Farm is about a half hour drive. Truro, with the cathedral and shops, is roughly twenty five minutes by car.
