Huckleberry
This is Huckleberry. It's a semi-detached house on a quiet lane in Newquay. Has its own driveway. Sleeps seven in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well kitted out.
The garden is fully enclosed and faces south. Gets the sun. There's outdoor furniture, a warm water shower for rinsing off, and a space to hang wetsuits. There's a hot tub. It's included in the price most of the year, but from November to April there's an extra charge. If that applies, you'd need to pay the owner directly before you arrive.
Inside, it's all been done up. There's an open plan kitchen and dining area, and a separate living room with a big TV. WiFi is fast. Upstairs, three bedrooms are on the first floor with the family bathroom. The main bedroom is up another flight of stairs and has its own shower room. All the mattresses are good quality.
You're about a five minute drive from the centre of Newquay and its beaches. There's a good farm shop very close by for supplies. For a day out, Padstow is about half an hour's drive. The National Trust has a lot of coastal places nearby, like Trerice and Carnewas. The Cornwall National Landscape site has walking routes.
In terms of stuff, it has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's also an electric vehicle charger. No pets, I'm afraid.
