It’s apartment 7 at Cribbar in Newquay. It's one of a new block of flats overlooking Fistral Beach.
It's a five star rating, so it's finished to a high standard. It sleeps four, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. No pets.
The main thing is the balcony. It looks right out over the golf course towards the sea. You can watch the surf from there. Fistral Beach is just at the bottom of the hill. Literally a two minute walk.
The building has underground parking, which you access with a key fob. There's a lift up to the apartments. They've put in a surf wash-down area and storage for boards too.
Inside, it's all open plan, with underfloor heating. The kitchens are modern with granite tops. Everything works as it should.
If you're not surfing, Newquay Golf Course is directly opposite. The National Trust has Holywell Bay a short drive north. For a change of scene, the Gannel Estuary is good for a walk. Padstow is about twenty minutes by car.
For facilities, you've got a dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi. All bedding is included. Parking is on site in the underground car park.
