Apartment 7, Ocean 1
This is Apartment 7. It’s a ground floor flat in the Ocean 1 building in Newquay. You’re basically on Fistral Beach. It’s less than a two minute walk to the sand.
It sleeps up to four people. Two proper bedrooms, both with double beds. There’s a bathroom for each bedroom, which is handy. The living area is open plan, with a sofa bed if you need it. It’s got a 4 Star rating.
You have your own balcony. It looks out over the gardens and you can see a bit of the sea. It gets the morning sun.
The flat is part of a larger holiday complex, so there are other people staying in the other apartments. Parking is on site, right outside the building.
In terms of things to do, you’re right there. Fistral is the main surf beach. The South West Coast Path runs past it. Newquay town centre, with its shops and places to eat, is about a ten minute walk away.
For facilities, you’ve got a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
If you want to explore, the National Trust has a few places nearby like Trerice and Carnewas. Truro is about a 30 minute drive if you need a city or the cathedral.
