Beach View is in Newquay. It's an apartment over the first and second floors. You get a private entrance.
Sleeps six in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. Council rating is 4 Star. It means things are well finished.
The main living area upstairs is open plan. It was refurbished a few years back. There's a big bay window. You look straight out over Newquay Bay. The view is pretty much constant.
Facilities are what you'd expect: washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, parking on site. Bedding and towels are provided.
Location is central. Towan Beach is a few minutes' walk. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all close by. It's handy, but it's a town centre, so it can be lively, especially in summer.
Fistral Beach is about a ten minute drive. That's the surfing beach. Good waves.
For days out, Newquay Zoo is here. The National Trust Cornwall page is useful for nearby houses and coastline walks. The Cornwall National Landscape site covers the north coast.
You can bring one well-behaved dog.
