Towan Cottage
Towan Cottage is one of the barns here at Carnebo, in Goonhavern. It's about a ten-minute drive to the north coast beaches, like Perranporth.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. The rating is 4 Star. It's clean and comfortable, a decent base.
There are a few other properties on site, and we share some facilities. There's an outdoor heated swimming pool. It's all one depth, so just be aware of that if you have little ones who aren't confident swimmers. There's also a picnic area and some play equipment for children. A manager lives on site and is around most days if you need anything.
You're well placed for the coast. Perranporth beach is about three miles away. It's a big, sandy beach with a pub right on the sand. Newquay is about ten minutes in the car. Fistral Beach is there for surfing. The town has the zoo and the aquarium if you get a wet day.
Further afield, the Eden Project is maybe half an hour's drive. It's a good day out. You can walk sections of the South West Coast Path from lots of points along this stretch.
In the cottage you've got a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. On-site parking. We accept up to two dogs.
