Rosetta Apartments is in Newquay. It's a ground floor place in a modern block. You get the patio and garden area to yourselves. It looks out over the golf course towards the sea.
It's called Ocean Mist. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and it sleeps six. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and in good order. It's all on one level, which is helpful.
It's a five-minute walk to the main town. The local shop is literally next door, which is handy for milk. There's a pub and a restaurant a couple of minutes away.
For the beach, you can walk through the golf course on a sandy path. Fistral Beach is about a 15-minute walk that way. It's good for surfing. You're about five minutes from the main town beach too.
Newquay is what it is. It's busy. If you want quieter spots, the Gannel Estuary is nice for a walk or a paddle. The South West Coast Path runs right past. You can walk along to Fistral for a pizza or a drink.
Further out, Padstow is about a 30-minute drive. The Camel Trail is good for bikes. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within half an hour. St Agnes and Perranporth are that way too. You're well-placed for day trips.
Facilities: it's got everything on the list. WiFi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. You can bring one dog.
