This is 9 Glendorgal in Newquay. It's a modern terraced house built where the old hotel grounds were. The main thing is the view. You look right out over Porth Beach and the sea.
It sleeps four people. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It has a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The living room, kitchen and dining area are all open plan upstairs. That's where the best view is. There's a balcony off it. Bedroom one is downstairs and has its own patio doors leading to a small, enclosed garden with a deck.
The house is on a private, gated estate on a headland. It's quiet. You can walk straight from the grounds down onto Porth Beach. It's a sandy, sheltered beach, good for families. From there you can get onto the coastal path for walks.
Newquay town centre is close by for shops and places to eat. Fistral Beach, for surfing, is a short drive. Lusty Glaze Beach is also nearby if you want to try coasteering or other activities.
Facilities are what you'd expect: wifi, a washing machine, parking. You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed.
