Merlin View
Merlin View is near St Mawgan village, on a small family farm. We keep a few cattle and sheep. You'll see them in the fields. The cottage is one of a pair, but it's got its own garden and it's separate.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Everything's clean and works. We’ve got a three-star rating, which is fair. It's comfortable rather than flash.
The farm is quiet, away from the main lanes. You're welcome to walk the nature trail through our bit of woodland. And you can look down the valley to the sea at Mawgan Porth. It's about two miles to that beach, which is sandy and good for surfing.
St Mawgan village is a mile away. There's a pub and a post office that does a cup of tea. Newquay's about eight miles one way, Padstow about eight miles the other. Watergate Bay is three miles. The Eden Project is about a 20 minute drive.
For the facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, dishwasher, and TV. The garden is enclosed, and there's a barbecue. Bedding is included. You can bring up to two dogs.
