Porth View
Porth View is a cottage on our farm in St Mawgan. It's one of a pair, semi-detached. You get your own garden and parking.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. The rating is 3 Star because it's comfortable and clean, not because it's luxurious. It's a farm cottage.
The farm is small. We have cattle and sheep. You'll see them. There's a nature trail through about 15 acres of woodland if you fancy a walk without getting in the car.
You can see the sea at Mawgan Porth from the cottage. It's about two miles to drive to that beach. It's sandy and good for families. Watergate Bay is three miles away for another good beach.
The village, St Mawgan, is a mile away. It's nice. There's a pub, a post office with a tearoom, and some craft shops. We sometimes go for a pint there.
Newquay is about eight miles one way, Padstow is about eight miles the other. Both are what you'd expect: surfing at Newquay, restaurants and the harbour at Padstow.
The Eden Project is a 20-minute drive. There's golf at Mawgan Porth if you're into that.
In the cottage, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
