Porth View is on our farm in St Mawgan, Cornwall. It's one of two cottages here. The main thing is the view. You can see the sea at Mawgan Porth from the front.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. The farm is small, organic. We've got cattle and sheep. You'll see the animals about. There's about 15 acres of woodland valley you can walk in, with a nature trail. It's quiet here, away from the main farm traffic.
Mawgan Porth beach is two miles away. It's a good sandy beach. The village of St Mawgan itself is a mile down the lane. There's a pub, a post office with a tearoom, and some antique shops. It's a nice little place.
For a day out, Newquay is about eight miles one way, Padstow about eight miles the other. Watergate Bay is very close, only three miles. The Eden Project is easy to get to from here. If you like walking, you're close to the South West Coast Path.
In the cottage, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. There's parking right outside. You can bring two dogs.
For planning, the National Trust Cornwall page is useful, and so is the Visit Cornwall site.
