Greenacres
Greenacres is in Engollan, which is a quiet village about seven miles from Padstow. It's a detached house. The name is accurate, it's surrounded by fields.
The place sleeps fifteen. Six bedrooms, six bathrooms. It's a 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with two bathrooms, which is useful. Upstairs there are four more bedrooms, most with en-suites. There's a family room with bunks.
The kitchen was done up not long ago. It has everything you need. There's a utility room with a washer and dryer. The garden has a hot tub.
Porthcothan Bay beach is about a fifteen minute walk. There's a big car park opposite it, free in the winter months.
Padstow is four miles away. It's busy, good for restaurants and the harbour. Harlyn Bay is five miles, that's a big sandy beach. Newquay is nine miles if you want surf shops or more activity. Inland, you've got Bodmin Moor for walks. The National Trust has a lot of coastal spots nearby, and Visit Cornwall is useful for planning.
The property is listed as wheelchair accessible at the entrance and is coastal accessible.
Facilities: it's all there. Dishwasher, TV, parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if needed.
