Number 11

Number 11 is in St Eval. It's a new build in a quiet part of the hamlet. The main thing is the space: it sleeps eight, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. Because it's new, everything works.

The house is on three floors. The main living area is all open plan on the ground floor. Kitchen, dining, sofa. Doors go out to the back garden, which is enclosed. Upstairs has three bedrooms: a king, a twin, and a bunk room, plus the family bathroom. The top floor is the master bedroom with its own shower room.

The stairs are fine, typical for a new house. There's parking on the drive. It's a good base because you're fairly central in north Cornwall. Padstow is about ten minutes' drive. Newquay is maybe fifteen minutes. Wadebridge is five minutes away for shops.

Locally, there's the Merlin golf course. There's also a go-kart track just down the road if that's your thing. You can be on the coast path in a few minutes by car. Bodmin Moor is about twenty minutes inland for a different landscape.

For a day out, the Eden Project is roughly twenty minutes away. The National Trust has a few places nearby too, like Trerice or Carnewas at Bedruthan.

Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The property description says it's wheelchair accessible at the entrance, but you'd want to check the specifics if that's important. You can bring up to two dogs.
