Number 11 is a town house in St Eval. It's a new build, set back from the road in a quiet hamlet. You look out over fields. The garden at the back is enclosed.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms over three floors. Two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-finished and comfortable. The stairs are normal, not steep cottage stairs. There's a shower room on the first floor and an en-suite off the main bedroom on the top floor.
Downstairs is all open plan: kitchen, dining, and living area. It's a good size for a group. The windows let in a lot of light. Everything's new, so the appliances work as they should. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The place is wheelchair accessible at the entrance, but it's on three floors inside, so bear that in mind.
Outside, there's a go-kart track and the Merlin golf course practically on the doorstep. The coast is about four miles away. Padstow is a 10-minute drive. It gets busy, but it's a proper working harbour with good fish restaurants. Newquay is 7 miles west for surfing and bigger beaches.
For a day out, the Eden Project is about 25 minutes by car. The National Trust's Trelissick is a similar distance, good for gardens and walks. Bodmin Moor is inland, half an hour away if you want more rugged walks.
Facilities-wise, it's all there. WiFi, TV, parking for two cars on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs.
