It's called 6 Jubilee Close. It's a house in St Merryn, Cornwall. A modern one, built as part of a small development. It's not a thatched cottage, it's just a regular house.
It sleeps seven. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which just means it's well looked after and comfortable. It's spacious inside.
The garden is yours to use. It's got a patio with furniture. You can park on the drive. There's an electric car charger if you need it.
St Merryn's got a few shops and places to eat. You're about four miles from Padstow. That's where the harbour is, and you can get the ferry over to Rock from there. Newquay is about eleven miles away.
The beaches are the main thing here. Harlyn Bay is the closest, about a mile and a half down the road. It's good for surfing. The village motto is 'Seven Bays for Seven Days', which is about the local beaches like Constantine Bay and Treyarnon. They're all within a few minutes' drive and they're all a bit different.
Inside, there's a dishwasher, WiFi, all the usual things. There's a cot and a highchair if you've got small children, and a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs.
