Bishops View
Bishops View is a first floor flat in New Polzeath. It’s got two bedrooms, so it sleeps four people. You can bring one dog.
The main thing is the view. You look right out over Polzeath Bay and the sea. The living area has high ceilings and patio doors that open onto a balcony. You can sit out there. There’s also a shared garden at the front with the same view.

Polzeath beach is a few minutes’ walk down the hill. It’s a good surf beach. The village has shops, cafes, and places to eat.
Rock is about ten minutes away by car. You can get the ferry from there over to Padstow, which takes about five minutes. Padstow is busy, with shops and restaurants around the harbour. If you like walking, the South West Coast Path runs right past the door.
