Comehither
Comehither is a cottage overlooking Polzeath beach. It's one of a pair, attached to Hithertwo, but you have your own garden.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star. It's comfortable, not luxurious. The main thing is the view. You can see the whole beach from the conservatory and the kitchen.
The garden is a raised grass area with a picnic table. It gets the sun and you can watch the surf from there.
Polzeath beach is good for surfing, about a five minute walk down the lane. There are lifeguards in summer and you can hire boards. The village has shops, cafes and pubs.
For walks, you can go around Pentire Head or to Daymer Bay. Port Isaac and Port Quin are a short drive. The coast path is right there, but be mindful of the cliffs if you have dogs.
You can get a ferry from Rock over to Padstow. St Enodoc golf course is about ten minutes away by car.
Facilities: wi-fi, TV, washing machine, cot and highchair available. Bedding is included. Parking for one car on the drive. You can bring up to two dogs.
