The Linhay
The Linhay is in Tregonce, up above the River Camel. It's a barn conversion, all on one floor. It's attached to our house on one side. The view is the main thing. You look straight out over the estuary towards Padstow and Rock.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms, with two bathrooms. It’s got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and comfortable. Everything is open-plan, so the kitchen, dining and sitting area are all in one big room facing the view.
Outside, there's a half-acre garden that's fully enclosed. It's good for kids to run around in or for sitting out. There's parking right there and an electric vehicle charger.
The nearest pub is about a mile and a half away. The closest shop is in St Minver, about three miles. Padstow is a short drive away for all the shops and restaurants. You can hire bikes there and go on the Camel Trail. For beaches, you've got Polzeath and Rock close by.
You're well placed for getting around. Port Isaac is about fifteen minutes. The Eden Project is maybe half an hour. Further down, you've got Newquay and Truro within easy reach.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot. You can bring up to two dogs.
