The Linhay
The Linhay is in Tregonce, a rural spot just west of Wadebridge. It's a barn conversion, so it's all on one floor. It's attached to another property, but you've got your own half-acre garden, fully enclosed. The view is the main thing. You look straight out over the Camel Estuary towards Padstow and Rock.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's well finished and everything is new and works properly. Because it's a barn, the ceilings are high. The main living space is open plan, so the kitchen, dining, and sitting area are all together, all facing that view.
The garden is big and secure. Good for kids to run around in, or for dogs. There's parking right there, and an electric vehicle charger. It has the usual stuff: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV.
You're about three miles from a shop. The nearest pub is a mile and a half walk down a lane, so you'd want to drive. Padstow is about a fifteen minute drive. You know what that's like, busy in summer but good for a wander and food. You can hire bikes there for the Camel Trail.
Rock is across the estuary. You can get the foot ferry from Rock to Padstow when it's running. Polzeath beach is about a twenty minute drive for surfing. For a quieter beach, Daymer Bay is good. The coast path is accessible from several points nearby if you want a walk.
