Ash Lodge - Retallack
Ash Lodge is on the Retallack Resort near Rosenannon. It's a modern lodge, detached. They refurbished it a few years ago.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and comfortable. There's an open plan living area downstairs and another separate living space upstairs with doors out to a private balcony.
Outside, there's a decked terrace with a table, chairs, and a barbecue.
Being on the resort means there are things to do without leaving the site. There's a restaurant, a bar, an indoor swimming pool, a tennis court, and a Flow Rider surfing machine. You can find the full list on the Retallack Resort website.
The lodge is dog friendly. Up to four dogs are allowed. They provide things like bowls and throws.
For the coast, Padstow is about a twenty minute drive. You've got the Camel Estuary there and some good places to eat. Newquay is roughly the same distance in the other direction, for surfing beaches.
If you're interested in walks or gardens, the National Trust has several properties nearby, like Trerice and Carnewas at Bedruthan.
Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. They provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them.
