Quince Cottage
Quince Cottage is in Withielgoose, near Bodmin.
It's a stone barn conversion. There are no stairs inside, it's all on one level. That makes it good if you don't want steps. It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite.
You get your own courtyard out the back. There's a table, chairs and a barbecue. There's also a shared garden at the front of the property. Parking is on site.
Inside, it's spacious. The living area is big, with a woodburning stove. The kitchen is fully fitted. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. We leave bedding and towels for you.
You can bring one dog.
The property has a 4 Star rating. That generally means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
For walks, you've got Bodmin Moor a short drive away. The coast path is within easy reach, which gets you to beaches and cliffs. The nearest proper beach is about 12 miles.
The village of Withiel is five miles away. Wadebridge and Bodmin are about the same distance. Wadebridge is the start of the Camel Trail, which is good for a flat bike ride or walk to Padstow.
If you drive for half an hour, you can get to places like Newquay, Padstow, Polzeath or Fowey. Port Isaac and the Eden Project are also within that range.
