Hobby Lodge
Hobby Lodge is in Talskiddy. It's a wood-clad lodge, detached, set back in some trees just off the A30. That makes it handy for getting around Cornwall, but you're away from the main road.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom has its own shower. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's well finished and has everything. The main room is open plan with a high ceiling and a wood burner. It feels spacious.
Outside, there's a big deck with furniture and a BBQ. The hot tub is sunk into the deck. The garden is fenced all round, which is good if you have a dog. You can bring one dog. There's an outside shower, useful for washing off sand.
Padstow is about ten minutes away by car. It's busy, but has good shops and restaurants. The Camel Trail starts there, which is a flat path along the estuary. You can hire bikes in Padstow or Wadebridge.
The north coast beaches are close. Mawgan Porth, Watergate Bay, Polzeath. They're all good for surfing and walking. Newquay is about twenty minutes.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and all the bedding and towels are provided. It's all on one level, so the entrance and doorways are wheelchair accessible.
