Blue Seas
Blue Seas is in Mawgan Porth, right on the north coast of Cornwall. The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the beach and the sea.
It's a big place, sleeps twelve. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms, so nobody's queuing. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been done to a high standard. Everything's new.
The garden is large, about a third of an acre, and slopes down towards the sea. There's a stream at the bottom. The deck gets the sun most of the day. You can walk to the beach in about five minutes from the garden gate. When you come back, there's an outdoor shower to wash the sand off.
Inside, it's open plan with big sliding doors to let the outside in. There's a circular fireplace for cooler nights. The kitchen is well kitted out. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms has the best view of the lot.
Around the back, separate from the house, there's a spa cabin with a sauna and an experiential shower. There's also an electric vehicle charger, which is free to use.
In the village, which is a short walk, you've got a pub, a few places to eat, and a shop. The beach itself is good for surfing. You're about halfway between Padstow and Newquay, so both are a short drive.
For days out, you're close to the South West Coast Path. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline here. Cornwall National Landscape has information on the area.
In terms of what's here: all the bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, cot, highchair, stairgate. You can bring up to two dogs. Parking is on site.
