10 Seaquest is in Newquay. It's a modern flat, part of a development called The Streams. There's a dedicated parking space for you.
It sleeps four. It's a one bedroom place with a kingsize bed. There's a sofa bed in the living room for two more. One bathroom. The rating is 4 Star. It's clean, modern and functional.
The main thing is the balcony. It looks west over the town towards the sea. You get the sun in the evening. It's good for a coffee or a drink.
You're up on the hill, so it's about a fifteen minute walk down into the town centre and Towan Beach. It's a steep walk back up. There's a local pub and a shop a couple of minutes away.
For the beach, Fistral is the big one for surfing. It's about two miles, so you'd want to drive. Lusty Glaze and Tolcarne are closer, down in the town. The South West Coast Path runs through here. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline nearby, like Trerice and Holywell Bay.
Facilities are as you'd expect: WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine. There's an Xbox there with a few games. Parking on site. No pets.
If you're planning trips, you're well placed. Padstow is about a twenty minute drive. The Eden Project is maybe half an hour. Visit Cornwall has good information.
