10 Seaquest in Newquay is a top floor flat with a view of the town. It's got a balcony that faces south west, so you get the sun in the evenings. You can see the sea from it.
It sleeps four, but it's one bedroom with a kingsize bed. The other two sleep on the sofa bed in the living space. The rating is 4 Star, which means it's well looked after and comfortable. Everything's on one level, which makes it simple.
You can walk into town in about ten minutes. The main beaches, Fistral and Towan, are about fifteen to twenty minutes on foot. There's a local pub a couple of minutes away. Parking is right outside the building.
For facilities, it's got what you need: a dishwasher, washing machine, and wifi. The kitchen is modern. There's a TV and an Xbox if you end up inside.
It's a good base for the coast. The South West Coast Path runs right through Newquay. You can walk to Holywell Bay one way or to Porth the other. The Eden Project is about a thirty minute drive. So is the Tate at St Ives if you fancy the drive. For gardens, the Lost Gardens of Heligan are also within half an hour.
