Headland Views is on Pentire Headland in Newquay. It's a modern house built on Duchy of Cornwall land, which just means it's part of a specific estate. It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms.
It's a 5 Star property. That means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. There's oak flooring, the bedding is good quality, and the conservatory is a decent size with bi-folding doors out to the garden. The garden is enclosed, which is useful.
Outside there's a patio, a sun deck, a barbecue, and a hot tub. The hot tub is up on a deck so you can see the sea from it. The garden is mostly paved, not grass.
The house is wheelchair accessible at the entrance, and there's an electric vehicle charger on the driveway.
Location wise, it's very close to the coast path. Fistral Beach is about a five or ten minute walk. You can hear the sea from the garden. The town centre and harbour are a bit further, maybe a twenty minute walk or a short drive.
For a wider beach, Crantock is about two miles away. Newquay Golf Club is right on the headland. You're well placed for the South West Coast Path.
In terms of facilities, it has pretty much everything: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. It accepts up to two dogs. The swim spa is a small, private pool.
