This is Headland Views. It's on Pentire Headland in Newquay. It's a detached house. The main thing is the location: you can see the sea from the front.
The house sleeps eight. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard.
It's built on Duchy of Cornwall land, so the design is meant to look like part of a Cornish village. Inside, it's all oak floors and the bedrooms have good quality linen.
The best room is probably the conservatory. It's got big doors that open out to the patio. There's a hot tub out there with a view.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs or kids. There's a barbecue and some outdoor seating.
Fistral Beach is about a five minute walk. You don't need the car. Harbour Beach is also walkable, just a bit further.
Newquay town centre is close by for shops and cafes. Newquay Golf Club is right on the headland. For a wider trip, you're well-placed for the whole north coast. Padstow is about half an hour's drive. The National Trust has several coastal properties nearby, like Trerice.
For facilities: it has a wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. There's parking for a couple of cars and an electric vehicle charger. It's wheelchair accessible on the ground floor. You can bring up to two dogs. We provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate.
A local farm shop provides a welcome hamper when you arrive.
