Apartment 1 Waterrs Edge
Apartment 1 is on the ground floor at Waters Edge in Newquay. You can see the sea from the main room.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. The double has doors that open onto a small private patio with a couple of chairs. The other room is a twin. It's a 3 Star place, so it's decent and clean but not luxury.
Fistral Beach is the big one you're thinking of, for surfing. It's a few minutes' walk away. The town centre is also a short walk, so you've got pubs, shops, and places to eat close by.
The apartment is all open plan. There's a breakfast bar in the kitchen so you can sit with a coffee and look at the water.
It's on the ground floor and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. There's parking right outside. You can bring one dog. It's in the facilities list, but bedding and towels are included for you. There's also WiFi and a TV.
If you drive, Padstow is about 25 minutes north. The whole north Cornish coast is easy to get to from here.
