Sunsets @ Spinnaker is a second-floor apartment on the Porth headland in Newquay. It's in a quiet spot with open sea views. You can see Fistral Beach from here.
It sleeps six, and there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating so everything you'd expect is there and it's well looked after. The space is all on one level, which is good if steps are a bother. It's a modern, straightforward place.
The coastal path is right on the doorstep. Fistral Beach is a few minutes' walk straight down. You can walk to Crantock Beach via the Gannel Estuary at low tide, but you have to time it right.
The town centre is a bit of a stroll back up the hill, maybe a 15-minute walk. You're away from the main bustle here. There's a bistro about 50 yards away that people seem to like.
You can find surf schools all over for lessons. Newquay Golf Club is on the headland itself. For other things, the zoo, the harbour, and the leisure centre are all in town.
Further afield, within about half an hour, you've got Padstow to the north, the Eden Project inland, and Truro. The North Cornwall coast road has loads of beaches and villages to stop at.
Facilities are all listed. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels included. There's a private balcony. Parking is on-site. No pets.
