Apartment 2 Waters Edge
This is Apartment 2 at Waters Edge in Newquay. It's a ground floor flat.
It's got one bedroom, a bathroom, and the main living area is open plan. That room has a sofa bed, so it can sleep four in total. The sofa bed is good for kids or a couple, but the main bedroom is the only proper bedroom.
The best bit is the view. You look right out over Fistral Beach and the sea. There's a private balcony you can sit on. You can get to it from the living area or the bedroom.
The location is very straightforward. You're on the Pentire headland. Fistral Beach is basically across the road, so it's perfect if you're here to surf. You can walk out the door and be on the sand in a minute.
Newquay town centre is a short drive away, maybe five minutes. All the shops, restaurants and bars are there if you want them. It's handy, but you're far enough out to feel a bit separate from the busy bit.
If you need more space, you can book the apartment next door as well.
Facilities are all there: parking on site, WiFi, a washing machine, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
For walking, the South West Coast Path is right there. For other days out, National Trust Cornwall has good information on local places. The Visit Cornwall site is useful for general planning.
