This is Spinnaker. It's an apartment in a modern block in Newquay, about a five or ten minute walk from the middle of town. You get a lift up to it.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One's an ensuite off the main bedroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's all on one floor, which is handy.
The living area is open plan. The kitchen's at one end, then the dining table, then sofas looking out towards the sea. The balcony is small, honest about that, but it's fine for two people to stand or sit with a coffee. You can see the ocean from the two front bedrooms.
You can walk to Fistral Beach easily. It's good for surfing. The Gannel Estuary is nearby for a different sort of walk. Newquay itself has all the usual shops, pubs, and places to eat.
If you drive, Padstow is about half an hour north. Port Isaac is similar, maybe 40 minutes. For a day out on the coast path, the National Trust has a lot of places nearby. The Cornwall Council countryside site is good for walking maps.
What's there: parking on site, WiFi, a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We have a cot and a highchair. You can bring two dogs.
