This is 1 Harbour View. It's a ground floor apartment right on Newquay harbour. The name is accurate, you get a proper view of the harbour and the beaches from the main room.
It's modern inside, quite open plan. It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The location is the main thing. Fistral Beach is basically on the doorstep if you're surfing. The town centre is about a fifteen minute walk away.
There's a pub right next door. It does food and sometimes has music on. You can hear it, so if you want complete silence it might not be ideal, but it's handy.
It's wheelchair accessible. There's a level entrance and it's all on the ground floor. There's parking on site.
Facilities are straightforward: WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine. We can provide a cot and highchair.
In terms of other places, Newquay Golf Club is very close. For days out, the National Trust has a lot of coastal spots nearby. The South West Coast Path runs right past. Padstow is about half an hour's drive if you fancy that.
