Palm Villa
Palm Villa is a ground-floor apartment in Newquay. It's a three-star place, which means it's clean and everything works, but it's not a luxury finish.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Everything is on the one level, so no stairs to worry about. The patio area is enclosed, which is handy. You can park right outside.
It's in a good spot. You can walk to Porth beach in a few minutes. Turn left out the gate and follow the coastal path for about twenty minutes and you'll get to Watergate Bay, which is a long sandy beach. Turn right and you'll be in Newquay town centre in fifteen minutes or so. That's where the main shops, bars, and surf schools are.
There's a pub and a restaurant about 150 yards away. The shop is a bit further, maybe half a mile.
For days out, you're well placed. Padstow is about half an hour's drive. The Eden Project is about forty minutes. St Ives is a bit further, maybe an hour with traffic. The coastline around here is good for walking. The National Trust looks after a lot of it.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a TV, wifi, a washing machine, and a walk-in shower. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
