Clifton Villa

Clifton Villa is in Newquay. It's next to the hotel. You can use their pool, gym and sauna for free when you stay. You can book spa treatments too, at a lower rate.

It sleeps nine people. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs, which is handy if you don't want to use the stairs. The stairs are fine, just normal. The living room is big and the kitchen is a good size.

You get the garden to yourselves. There's a table and chairs and a barbecue. It's a good spot in the evening sun. The views are nice, out over the water towards Lusty Glaze and up the coast.

It's a three minute walk down to Great Western Beach. It's sandy and popular with families and surfers. The town centre is close, with all the cafes and restaurants. It's busy in summer.

There's on site parking for two cars. The facilities are all there: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.

For local walks and days out, useful sites are National Trust Cornwall and Visit Newquay. The coastal path is right there. You can drive to Padstow in about half an hour, or to the Eden Project in roughly the same time.
