Bowjy Cottage is in Cubert. It's a good base for the north coast. Detached, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall. Solid little place.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well kitted out. Everything works, it's tidy. There's a stairgate fitted if you've got little ones.
You're about a five minute drive from Holywell Bay. Good sand there, big beach. The coast path is right there too. For surfing, Newquay is ten minutes up the road. Crantock and Perranporth are about the same drive the other way.
In the village, there's a shop about fifty yards away. A couple of pubs within walking distance if you fancy a pint without driving. One does food.
The cottage has a decent enclosed garden. Patio area too. It gets the sun. Parking for one car right outside. Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and the bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
Further out, you've got the Gannel estuary near Crantock. Truro is about twenty minutes for a bigger shop. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastal spots here, like Trerice. For walk planning, the Cornwall National Landscape site is useful.
