4 Seashore is an apartment on the first floor of a converted Victorian house, right above Porth Beach. It sleeps four and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and in good order.
The main thing is the view. You can see right across the beach and the sea from the dining area. There are steps from the building down onto the sand, so you can get straight on the beach.
Inside, it's an apartment. Everything's on one level once you're up the stairs. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. The heating works, which is good if you're here out of season. You get a car parking space in front of the building.
For getting around, you don't really need the car if you don't want it. Newquay town centre is about a twenty minute walk along the coastal path from here. Porth has a shop and a pub. The beach here is good for families, it's a bit more sheltered.
If you do drive, it's a good base. The famous surfing beaches like Fistral are a short drive away. Padstow, with Rick Stein's restaurants, is about half an hour. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are also within a 30 minute drive.
