10 Horizons is an apartment on Mount Wise in Newquay. It's on the first floor, so you get the views. There's a lift if you need it.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a sea view, and there are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up recently, so it's in good order.
The main thing is the view from the living room window. It's a big, panoramic window looking straight out over the sea and the coast. You can sit there and just watch it.
You're up on the hill, but it's only a ten minute walk down into the town centre. The main beaches, like Fistral and Towan, are about a fifteen minute walk. There's an allocated parking space in an underground car park, which is useful in Newquay.
The building has a shared indoor swimming pool and a gym. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment itself. We allow one well-behaved dog. A travel cot is available.
Newquay speaks for itself really. Beaches, surfing, coastal path walks. For a day out, you've got the Eden Project about a 25 minute drive inland, or the National Trust has a lot of coastal spots like Trerice nearby. Padstow, with the Rick Stein restaurants, is about a 25 minute drive up the coast too.
