It's 15 Ocean Gate in Newquay. A ground floor apartment, so you don't have any stairs to deal with. It looks right over Fistral Beach. You can see the sea from the living room and the main bedroom.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom is attached to the main bedroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means everything is in good order and it's clean. It's modern inside.
You're right on Pentire, which is the headland. Fistral Beach is about a five-minute walk. The path down is steep. Newquay town centre is about a ten-minute walk the other way. There's a local pub nearby.
You get a private balcony with those views. There's underground parking, which is useful in summer. It includes a storage locker for wetsuits or boards.
For facilities, it has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring one dog.
The South West Coast Path runs right past. You can walk to the harbour or out towards Towan Head. For planning, the National Trust Cornwall page is good. So is the Visit Cornwall site.
Within half an hour you can drive to Perranporth, which is a big sandy beach. Watergate Bay is just up the coast. St Agnes and its mining heritage is about a twenty-five minute drive. Truro is about half an hour if you need a bigger city or the cathedral.
