The Old Butchers
The Old Butchers is in Crantock. It's a detached house, so no one else is attached, which is nice. You've got your own enclosed garden.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The bed linen and towels are included.
You're about a five minute walk from the village green and the local pub. The shop is about ten minutes. The main thing is you're really close to the beach and the dunes. It's a wide, sandy beach, good for families. The River Gannel estuary is right there too, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Good for birdwatching.
Newquay is about three miles if you want the surf beaches or the town. Watergate Bay is about five miles. Truro is maybe twenty minutes by car, Padstow is about half an hour.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. There's a cot, highchair, and a stairgate if you need them. You can bring one dog. There's parking on the drive.
