Sweet Briar is in Newquay, but it's on one of the quieter streets on the edge of town. It's a semi-detached cottage next to our place. You get the garden to yourselves, it's enclosed.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. We keep it clean and comfortable. You can bring one dog.
The stairs are steep, like most cottages here. There's a stairgate at the top.
There's a shop about five minutes' walk away, and a pub and restaurant a bit closer. They're both fine.
For the beach, you're about a ten minute drive from Fistral. It's good for surfing. Watergate Bay is a similar distance, that's a big sandy beach. You can walk down to the Gannel estuary from here, it's good for a dog walk or a paddle.
Newquay town centre has the usual things, the zoo, the aquarium. Padstow is about half an hour's drive if you fancy a trip out, nice for a wander and some food.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them.
