Tolcarne
Tolcarne is on the edge of Goonhavern. You turn off the main road into a small, quiet residential estate. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. That's handy if stairs are a problem.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one shower room. It's got the top rating, so everything is new, clean, and works as it should. The layout is open plan, which means the living room, dining area, and kitchen are all in one space.
Outside there's a patio with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other two cottages next door. It's got a grassy area and a kids' play frame. There's also a shared indoor swimming pool you can book slots for.
It's about a ten minute drive to the north coast beaches. Perranporth is closest, with its long sandy beach. Holywell Bay is good too if you want dunes. The coastal path is easily accessible from Perranporth.
For a bigger town with shops, Newquay is ten minutes west. Truro is about twenty minutes south if you need a city centre or the mainline train station.
The cottage takes two dogs. Things like bedding, towels, wifi, and parking are all included. There's a washing machine, a cot, and a highchair if you need them.
