31 Tre Lowen is in a quiet part of Newquay. It's a flat, on the first floor. It’s about a five minute walk to Fistral Beach. You can hear the sea when it’s windy.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It’s got a 4 Star rating. Everything works and it’s kept clean. The living area is open plan with the kitchen. There’s a balcony you can sit on.
For a pub, you’ve got The Red Lion just down the road. The town centre is about a ten minute walk. That’s where most of the restaurants and shops are.
Fistral is the main beach for surfing. If you want something calmer, Towan Beach is about a fifteen minute walk towards the town. The coastal path goes right past the front of the building, so you can walk to Lusty Glaze or further without going on the roads.
Within half an hour’s drive you can get to lots of places. Perranporth and Watergate Bay are that way. The National Trust has a few sites nearby like Trerice and Carnewas at Bedruthan. The Cornwall Council site lists the big estates if you fancy a garden or a walk.
For facilities: there’s a dishwasher, a washing machine, WiFi, and parking for one car. You can bring one dog.
