31 Tre Lowen is in Newquay, up on Tre Lowen road. It's a modern apartment in a quiet residential area. You can hear the sea from the balcony sometimes.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Both have their own bathrooms, so no arguments in the morning. One is a kingsize bed, the other has twins. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything works, it's clean and comfortable.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen. The balcony gets the evening sun. It's a good spot to sit.
Fistral Beach is about five minutes' walk downhill. You can see the surf from the road. The town centre is about ten minutes on foot the other way. It's got the usual shops, pubs and places to eat.
For a day out, the National Trust at Penrose is about half an hour's drive. You can walk around the Loe. St Michael's Mount is also within half an hour. In Newquay itself, the Blue Reef Aquarium is a solid option if the weather turns.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher and a washing machine. WiFi works. You can park on site. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
