Bredon Court, Poseidon Penthouse
This is the Poseidon Penthouse at Bredon Court in Newquay. It's an apartment on the top floor, so you get the best views.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything's in good order and it's well looked after.
The main thing is the view. You can see right over Fistral Beach and the golf course from the living room balcony, and from the main bedroom balcony too. It's a proper panorama.
Location is straightforward. You can walk into Newquay town centre in about ten minutes. Fistral Beach is even closer, just down the hill. The beach is great for surfing, but it gets busy. The golf course is literally next door.
There's an allocated parking space, which is a big plus in Newquay. There's also a locked storage cage in the basement for surfboards, bikes, or golf clubs.
Inside, it's a good size. Open plan living area. It has things like a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bed in the main room is a kingsize.
If you want to get out and walk, the South West Coast Path is right there. The Gannel Estuary is nearby for a quieter stroll. For activities, the Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre does coasteering and climbing.
