18 One Lusty Glaze is an apartment in Newquay. It's on the first floor of a small block. The main thing is the view, which is straight out to the ocean from the front balcony.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a super king bed, and its own small balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has a single bed with a pull-out trundle. There's a second bathroom with a bath as well.
The living room is open plan with the kitchen and dining area. It's comfortable, not huge. The sofas face the TV and the doors to the main balcony. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and a dishwasher.
You're right above Lusty Glaze beach. It's a private beach, so you access it via the path down the cliff from the car park. It's got a cafe and does surf lessons. For other beaches, Fistral is about a ten minute drive, Towan a bit less.
Newquay town centre is a drive or a decent walk away. All the usual stuff is there: shops, the zoo, the aquarium, lots of places to eat. It gets very busy in summer.
If you want to get out, the National Trust has lots of coastal spots nearby like Trerice and Carnewas. The Cornwall National Landscape site has good walking route ideas. Padstow is about half an hour's drive.
Practical stuff: there's WiFi and a parking space. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well kept. No pets, and because it's an apartment, please be considerate of the neighbours.
