Manor House is in West Pentire, just up from Crantock beach. It's a big 15th century house that sleeps 13. There are seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The house is attached to Manor Cottage at one end, but it's all completely separate and self-contained. You won't be sharing anything. The garden is yours.
You're right on National Trust land. The Bowgie Inn pub is basically next door. They do food. A shop is about a mile away in Crantock village.
The best bit is the location for the beach. It's about 300 yards down a cliff path to Crantock Beach. It's a huge stretch of sand. Good for surfing, swimming, or just walking. You can walk along the coast to Porth Joke or Holywell Bay without going near a road.
The main sitting room is upstairs. It's beamed and has good views over the fields to the coast. The stairs are old and a bit uneven in places, which is normal for a place this age.
Newquay is about five miles away for more shops and things. Truro is roughly a 20 minute drive for the cathedral and bigger stores. You can get to Perranporth or St Agnes within half an hour.
Facilities: it has parking, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding is included. There's a cot. You can bring up to three dogs. There's a ground floor wet room which is useful. There's a BBQ and a patio garden.
