This is Beach Bungalow in Perranporth. It's a beach bungalow, as it says on the tin. Literally across the road from the sand dunes, maybe a minute's walk to the beach.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms and one shower room. Everything's on one level, so there are no stairs to worry about. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's modern and clean.
The back garden is decked and gets the sun. There are big doors from the kitchen that open onto it. The living room is at the back too, with an open fire. The front has a terrace where you can watch the sunset over the dunes.
You can bring up to two dogs. They're allowed on the beach all year, but in July and August they need to be on a lead during the day. The dunes are massive though, so they can run around there.
The beach is huge, three miles long. It never feels packed. There's a beach bar just over the dune, which is handy. The village has shops, cafes, and a few pubs. You can get what you need.
Holywell Bay is about a ten-minute drive north. It's a National Trust beach and very good. There's a golf course nearby too.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on the drive.
