7 Waters Edge is a first floor flat in Newquay. It’s modern, built as holiday lets. You get views over Fistral Beach and the sea.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating, so it’s well kitted out. The main living area is open plan, with doors out to a private balcony. You can also get to the balcony from the main bedroom.
It’s on the Pentire headland. Fistral Beach is literally across the road. You can hear the sea. If you’re here to surf, you couldn’t be much closer. For walks, you’re right on the South West Coast Path.
Newquay town centre is about a ten minute walk. That’s where most of the shops, bars and restaurants are. The flat is quiet though, being set back from the main strip.
In terms of what’s here: there’s a dedicated parking space, WiFi, and that balcony with furniture. It’s listed as coastal accessible, which means there’s level access from the car park and no steps to the front door. No pets.
