Towan View Loft is a second-floor apartment in central Newquay. It's above a surf shop, so you're right in the middle of things. It's an old building, so it's a proper town flat, not a fancy new build.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The main thing is the view. You can see right across the bay and the town from the living area.
You're a couple of minutes' walk from Towan Beach. The harbour's close, and Fistral is a longer walk or a short drive. It's noisy outside in the summer evenings, because you're in the town centre. That's just how it is.
The flat has wifi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. Parking is on-street or in a public car park nearby.
For walks, the coast path is right there. The National Trust Cornwall site has good route ideas. For a bigger day out, the Eden Project is about 40 minutes away. Padstow is half an hour's drive north.
No pets. The stairs up to the flat are a standard flight, but they might not suit everyone.
