Sunny Corner
Sunny Corner is an annexe at the side of our house, Ashleigh House. It's for two people.
The main room is all one space with the kitchen, a table, and sofas. It gets sun from two sides. There's a TV. The bedroom is off that room and it has a very large bed that can be split into two singles if you need that.
Outside the front door there's a patio on the lawn. It catches the sun in the afternoon.
Everything is on one level and the doors are wide. There are grab rails in the shower. The shower has a seat in it.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. We include bedding and towels. You can park right outside.
Mitchell is a quiet village. The pub, about a minute's walk away, is very good. We're also close to a junction for the A30, so you can get to most of Cornwall quite easily from here.
Newquay and its beaches are about 20 minutes west. Padstow and Port Isaac are about half an hour north. For a day out further west, St Ives or Land's End are just over an hour. Going the other way, the Eden Project is about 40 minutes and St Michael's Mount is about 50.
